The Ethiopian-American Association is organized exclusively for charitable and scientific purposes..

The corporation shall primarily provide New Americans, who hail from the greater Ethiopian realm or the Horn of Africa and regularly shall be members of EAA, with the skills, confidence and a network necessary to succeed in their lives and careers in the United States of America.

The corporation also creates awareness about the culture, challenges and needs of such New Americans wherever they reside, work and live within the local communities of the USA - in order to achieve harmonious integration and mutual benefits.

The support provided to such New Americans covers the widest, legally possible range and is not limited to transport, housing, health, security, education, language or other skills training, work or income generation.

In case of emergencies in Ethiopia or in the Horn of Africa region, EAA can engage in humanitarian solidarity actions also outside the USA.
